CAAPCOAT FP-500 Color Matched Gloss Polyurethane Rain Erosion Coating is a two component room temperature curing polyurethane elastomer designed to protect aircraft radomes, antennas and leading edges from rain impact at high speed while providing color tailorability for camouflage or aesthetic purposes. CAAPCOAT FP-500 may be topcoated with CAAPCOAT FP-550 color matched topcoat if a lusterless finish is desired. Materials used are designed to provide superior resistance to humidity and fungus, while substantially reducing VOC and HAPS compounds. Most Federal Standard 595C gloss colors used by the aircraft industry or military are available.

CAAPCOAT FP-550 Color Matched Lusterless Polyurethane Rain Erosion Coating is a two component room temperature curing polyurethane elastomer designed to protect aircraft radomes, antennas and leading edges from rain impact at high speed while providing color tailorability for camouflage or aesthetic purposes. CAAPCOAT FP-550 is applied over CAAPCOAT FP-500 color matched basecoat. Most Federal Standard 595C lusterless colors used by the aircraft industry or military are available. Materials used are designed to provide superior resistance to humidity and fungus, while substantially reducing VOC and HAPs compounds.
